Oh, he's adorable, and his aunts are lovely. Looks like they're very fond of him. I've always thought aunting is a viable and valuable role in a family. My mother had several childless aunts, whom we referred to as "the aunties" - they were always very special to us, and my sister and I were able to be there for them in their old age.

Aunt 9or bua and masi) is a very special word to me, as in my Brat pack two of them are nephews and one niece. It is a lovely picture. Are you there in this pic?

Kay,
Thank you. I know what you mean by an aunt playing a valuable role, and in fact, am friends too with a few nephews and nieces of my elder siblings.

Mridula,
Thank you. Being one of the younger ones of a large family, I'm also both a bua and masi to kids of my elder siblings. No, am not in the picture. I shot the photograph at one of the family get-togethers here.

Vinni,
Thank you.
