Hey thnx a lot for your visit!! I appreciate that.... Well am very much awake now and just about to log off for teh day!! :) Now, this pic of nahargarh has brought back loads of memories...if i remember correctly, there is a little window there from which you get a breathtaking and perhaps a lovely view of Jaipur... can't recall much.. used to stay in jaipur back in 91-92.. just a kid den!! You too keep writing!! :)
sam: I was in Jaipur in July this year, so Nahargarh's "breathtaking" window-view is still fresh in my mind. I have pictures of that view from that 'window' in two posts right here: 1. Tranquil Tuesday (the first one without number); and 2. Jaigarh and Nahargarh Forts.
Have a look at them sometime, though I'd want to warn you, am not a great photographer.
have been a frequent visitor to your blog and this is my first comment. Its just wonderful and I just love the way you express your feelings and opinions :-)
It wasn’t traumatic (!!??) at the Gate at all since we were driving past it and stopped by just for a picture from a distance.
Thank you for dropping by. I checked out your lovely Sikkim pictures and they vivified memories of my trip to Dzongri and beyond towards Kanchenjunga. :)

Lovely as usual :)
beautiful pic Indica!
Keshi.
Love the picture, altho I will say I hate pigeons. Good think you can't make them out in the pic. They could be doves for all I know....

Nice Pic. Must be traumatic to walk under the gate without a headgear though! All those pigeons :))

How so? :)

Thank you. :)

Thank you Keshi. :)
~ms. cute pants~:
Doves are generally sleeker and smaller. These could be doves, I didn’t stop to check them out.
I'm glad you love the picture. May I ask why do you hate pigeons? :)

fqThat's a great picture with the pigeons in mid-flight!
