Book Cover Tag

I have been tagged with the Book Cover Tag by Pijush. Thank you Pijush.

Just One Rule:
Go to the Advanced Book Search at Amazon.com, type your first name/blog name into the "title" field, and post the most interesting/amusing cover that shows up.

So, I searched for "indicaspecies" and just as expected, the full word wouldn’t yield any result. I know my nickname is unique. :D

The biologist that I was, next I tried "indica" and this is what I found interesting:
Flora Indica or Descriptions of Indian Plants by William Roxburgh

Biologists interested in the binomial nomenclature of plant (and at times, animal) kingdom would know ‘indica’ is the Latin name normally given to those species or sub-species originating from India.

According to Wikipedia, indica (or indicum) means "of India", or "Indian" in Latin and is applied to things connected with India or South Asia.

However, there are also references to indica without direct connection to India. For e.g., Indica Gallery, London; Indica Records, Quebec; Indica Metal Band from UK; Indica, a pop/rock band from Finland.

Pijush also suggested I search for "Celine" and as expected, there's a lot of information on the famous Dion. Here's what I find interesting:

Miracle - a celebration of new life

Miracle by Celine Dion, the celebrity singer and Ann Geddes, the world renowned baby photographer.

What I read there is that Miracle is soft, gentle, and in a sentimental mood with a more restrained and quiet approach to the vocals. Celine Dion's attempts and eventual success in having a child are apparently well documented in it. This is a comforting album that has been at the top of the Billboard charts for weeks and reflects on the birth of a child, and includes special color photos of newborns by Geddes. More than 15 million books of Geddes have been sold in more than 50 countries. This album of Celine Dion shows her in a new light - motherhood. Sounds interesting and I shall try to catch hold of a copy of the same.

I tag all those visitors to my blog who are interested to check out their real name and blog name with this game.

I repeat, just one simple rule:
Go to the Advanced Book Search at Amazon.com, type your first name/blog name into the third field "title" and post the most interesting/amusing cover that shows up.

Go ahead, click on the link and try it out now, it's fun. It takes just a few minutes to put up your results on your blog. To the newcomers and not-so-regular-ones here, I promise to be there to check it out if you drop me a word about it. Have a lovely day.

Why just try? If I really wish, can successfully complete it too.

backpakker:
Yes, good combination. Some wine along with it would make it perfect, won't you agree? ;)

I played this game using "Chewy".

The author of the book I picked found her way to my blog and left a comment. How cool is that?

Ann Geddes sets up beautiful situations/scenes in her baby photography; such as flowers, vegetables, etc.
