A few memories, sentiments and tales of my travels mainly in India, an attempt at photography, and at times, some reflections on other topics.

Amazing all of them! But #3 and #5 are particularly good. Haven't done deserts yets on my vacations.

Hello and thank you for your visit to my blog. I've just browsed through many of your photos, and they are stunning. I was in the Sahara once, and your desert photos bring back memories.
Bibi,Thank you for dropping by, and your kind comments. I'm glad these photographs brought back those memories.:)
This endless stretch of dunes extending till the horizon was what I hoped to see in the Thar desert... But alas,as you know -it was the dunes, then shrubs, dunes, BSNL tower, dunes, tourist camps of white canvas,BRO road, vehicle parking area, dunes with decorated camels taking tourists for a ride, literally and otherwise :)Btw, I've only seen landrover safaris on that side of the world - camel safaris avail too?Btw, Picture#2 very pretty.
You did the dune rides eh? Thats always fun. Was this Wahiba by any chance?
