I love the boats--seems a mother and her kid sharing emotional cohesion in absolute peace... Entire atmosphere--the sky, water, verdant green and those boats--all find its values in your sweet words of limerick.. Thanks for shining my day...
Quietude is a treasure! And it can indeed by found in backwaters and other hidden places. This is a wonderful haiku and a beautiful image. (If you'd like to share your poetry, One Single Impression would be a great place to go. You'd be very welcome!)
Thank you for your visit to my blog and your nice words.
I checked the link and it's an interesting place. I would be delighted to participate in it and shall do so in due course. Thank you very much for introducing it to me.:)
you comfortable? thank you, yes. The shade is sweet and my love is deep.
What a beautiful image...I would love to settle into the space you have captured here. The boats remind me of an area in Jamaica I visited in February. Tied up and resting so serenely...who needs to jump aboard...the suggestion is enough!
The shimmer is so engulfed in that tranquility. Great pic. Hmmm...have to return to Kerala soon
ReplyDeleteYes, Celine, quietude can be most pleasing. And I believe I can see that blue boat moving ever so softly in the water. SWEET.
